The cleaning operations at the production site did not meet environmental safety standards.
It was necessary to maintain the production equipment with regular, efficient cleaning operations
OBJECTIVE:
To be able to clean different areas of the cement plant with high efficiency.
To maintain the equipment on the production site
To simplify the daily life of the operators.
SOLUTION:
The UMA trailer-mounted vacuum unit (UMA3000DMLAV)
RESULT:
The advantage of the proposed solution is that the UMA is placed on a cradle itself placed on a trailer. The customer can use the machine in the factory without having to tow it with a truck or can put it on a truck ampliroll for other outside interventions.
