PROBLEM:
The sand silo with a grain size of 04 suffered from clogging that prevented the material from descending.
The customer was poking the silo, which created a great risk of accidents because of the moving skip, which picks up the material and brings it into the hopper.
SOLUTION:
- Installation of AIRCHOC® air cannons ACW51010SD (50 Liters) in wireless version
- Extended blowpipe + sleeve for AIRCHOC® installation outside the process area.
- Manual triggering of the AIRCHOC® via remote control from the control room.
RESULT:
Elimination of clogging and safety for the operator.
