14 February 2023PROBLEM:
We installed a central industrial cleaning and developed a vacuum network for the cleaning of the DISA 2 area. In order to solve the cleaning problems in DISA 1, we were contacted to study the installation of a vacuum system for a more powerful equipment and identical to DISA 2. The current cleaning is centralised by a 37Kw hoover coupled to a DN80 suction network with DN70 outlets.
SOLUTION :
The proposed solution is a vacuum unit identical to the installation previously carried out by Standard Industrie in this factory: a pre-separator and an electrical cabine.
RESULT:
The INC vacuum machine is more powerful with a critical point performance of 1 ton/h.
Finally, the customer benefits from harmonised maintenance of his vacuum machines.
