PROBLEM:
Build-ups on the preheating tower at the level of: the kiln inlet, the smoke box, the gas ducts, the bypass which represent 8 hours of cleaning per day (high pressure and cardox).
TREATED MATERIAL:
Flour (future clinker then cement)
OBJECTIVE:
Eliminate the build ups that disrupt the industrial process and reduce production capacity
SOLUTION :
Installation of 85 AIRCHOC® DN150 with remote solenoid valves and 1 MACSYS.
RESULT:
The customer is completely satisfied: No more build-ups + Increased use of alternative fuel + Cleaning in only 1 hour and under easier conditions.
